		<description><![CDATA[Interesting post. I get to meet many innovation leaders through my work at INTRAP which is a network on the intersection of leadership and innovation - www.intrap.com.  

It is my experience that companies are getting pretty good at developing strategic reasons for innovation although I agree they could improve at communicating the directions and setting goals for the employees. On ideas, I find the big challenge is to qualify the ideas. There are lots of ideas internally or externally, but it is still difficult to find and develop the good ones. Often, this is related to what I believe will be the key of innovation; identifying and developing the people needed to drive innovation. This is still a people game. 

What are your views on the people driving innovation? It would be great if you could include the people part in your survey. Looking forward to following your work.
